Tecno plus is a high-flow, piezo-piloted proportional pressure regulator with 0-2, 0-6, 0-10 and 0-16 bar variants. Voltage or current setpoints, 0-10 V pressure feedback and a pressure-reached status output support dynamic pneumatic pressure control. Flow capacity and protection class depend on the variant.

Conditions and selection notes

Repeatability, hysteresis and linearity are relative to the maximum output pressure p2max of the selected variant. Linearity is specified at +20 °C.
Maximum flow is the upper limit under test conditions and must be distinguished from nominal flow. For 2/6/10 bar variants, maximum flow is measured at maximum supply pressure p1max and minimum output pressure p2min = 0 bar. Actual flow depends on supply pressure, output pressure and load.
* IP65 requires a connected plug and separately routed main exhaust (3) and pilot exhaust (13). The 16 bar version is IP54.
Pressure reached is a digital switching output indicating that pressure is within the setpoint tolerance. Analog pressure feedback is 0-10 V. M12 pins: 1=24 V, 2=setpoint, 3=GND, 4=analog feedback, 5=digital status.
Example PS120101-060-0xx: 4-20 mA setpoint, 0-6 bar output, nominal flow 1000 L/min and maximum flow 1600 L/min. Control gain is adjustable using kit PS12424-A.
Supply pressure must be at least 1 bar above the highest required output pressure and within the limits of the selected variant. Use clean compressed air meeting the model requirements and keep exhaust ports unobstructed.
