Tecno easy is a piezo-piloted, three-way proportional pressure regulator with electronic closed-loop control. The standard PS120200-080 uses a 0-8 V setpoint for a 0-8 bar output and a 24 V DC supply, providing compact pneumatic pressure control.

Features

  • 0-8 V setpoint for a 0-8 bar output
  • Nominal flow 200 L/min; maximum flow 350 L/min
  • Low power: maximum nominal power 0.4 W
  • M8 3-pin connector; optional G1/8 base plate

Conditions and selection notes

  • Repeatability, hysteresis and linearity are relative to the maximum output pressure p2max of the selected variant. Linearity is specified at +20 °C.
  • The 0–8 bar version has a maximum flow of 350 L/min at p1 = 10 bar, p2 = 6.3 bar and Δp = 1 bar. Actual flow depends on supply pressure, output pressure and load. Distinguish nominal flow from maximum flow when selecting the valve.
  • Supply pressure must be at least 1 bar above the highest required output pressure and within the limits of the selected variant. Use clean compressed air meeting the model requirements and keep exhaust ports unobstructed.
  • M8 pins: 1=24 V, 3=GND, 4=setpoint voltage. This model has no actual pressure output.

Typical applications

These applications use regulated pneumatic pressure. Select the configuration for the operating conditions.

  • Contact pressure in ultrasonic welding
  • Pneumatically driven adhesive and sealant dosing and mixing-ratio control
  • Winding tension and pneumatic brake control
  • Vacuum control by regulating the air pressure supplied to an ejector
  • Contact pressure in grinding and polishing
  • Electrode pressure in resistance welding
