Flow Measurement Module
Thermal mass flow measurement, digital output, no temp/pressure compensation required
High-precision digital pressure sensing module adopting MEMS sensing technology and temperature compensation algorithms. It provides I2C or SPI digital interfaces and directly outputs calibrated pressure data. Compact in size and easy to integrate, it is applicable to barometric pressure monitoring, liquid level measurement, and medical ventilators.
